Our past is a collection of memories, each one a layer formed from the days, months, and years we've lived through. Though with a fragmented lens, this perception is warped making it difficult to pin down specific memories. Time loses its linearity, with memories existing within a constantly shifting realm that provides clarity and yet, remains baffling. I draw when I am fully grounded, when I feel myself begin to mentally float away and I am fully on auto-pilot. Drawing has been a way to express and document our experiences.
See us all as one or fragmented parts.
