From above, the embodied feminine speech now caresses the dissected written Word.
I read and reinterpret the language of Scripture: a medium through which my own truths are deciphered. I transcribe visionary dream experiences, grafting verses into each other, my hand carefully guiding each suture. Their raw edges regenerate and fuse. Together the words form a new body that belongs to me, no longer used to incite fear and submission, but to verbalise and amplify the whispering of my unconscious.
I am present in the absence, in the fibrous space between written words, in the vibrant air that surrounds you, reverberating out of and animating each narrow corner of the room. I am that which remains unsaid. I am omnipresent.
